The group has been venturing into an agreement to develop a new section that will be added to the on- going project Panvel. In partnership with the same landowners and on similar terms, Godrej properties don\u2019t have to put any initial investment as it has already been made before the construction of 110 acres project. The firm will get 35 percent of the profits from the development.According to the current special township policy, the project will have approximately 4.3 million sq ft of saleable area in the total land parcel of 147 acres. It is expected that the saleable area will cross the 11 million sq ft mark as if the proposed special township policy comes in action.Located between Mumbai-Pune Expressway and NH4 with the spectacular views of Sahyadris and Western Ghats, the accessibility of this place is highly improved with both the highways.
