It was expected that this move will bring a wave of change in the motion of market. But according to reports, not much is happening that can bring change. The inclusion does not have considerable effect on the real estate market. There was a possibility that this action would bring the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/delhi\/residential-price\" target=\"_blank\">property prices<\/a> down in Gurgaon because people might wanted to shift their focus to these newly added areas where the rates are low, but nothing as such is noticed.The chairman of a leading realty firm told that massive vacant land parcels are still available in areas like Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Manesar, Bhiwadi and Kundli. People think a lot before moving to these areas because of their distance from New Delhi. In such case why would anybody want to move in an even distanced area?Developers say that it will take time to occupy buyer&#8217;s mind. These new areas will not have a sudden effect but in the long term it will prove fruitful. Also the newly added areas are low on infrastructure development.
