The project is to be completed by August 15 and CREDAI will be taking care of the saplings for the next 3 years. The saplings will be planted within tree guards to protect them at all times.This is one of the biggest tree plantation projects undertaken by any organization with such a limited timeline. Last year Thakkar Builders who are based in Nashik announced that they will be planting 1 lakh trees in Nashik. But the project did not have any definite time frame. So far 52,000 trees had been planted in that project. After that this is the most remarkable tree plantation project in Nashik.The members of the association have been formally notified about the project on 23rd July. Members of CREDAI who are interested in the projects are to come forward and plant the saplings in certain selected areas in Nashik.
