Hence the appreciation is higher in all ways compared to the non-premium ones. Also you can always trust the construction quality. And yes, they look like designer clothes from both inside and outside to keep you and your friends mesmerized. The rentals too are 15-20 percent higher than regular projects. So there is no end in the list of advantages of premium properties.<strong>Where are they popular?<\/strong>Mostly metros and other big cities that have high urban agglomeration and infinite salaries prefer branded properties. They are the ones who love Swiss watches because of their high name value. These cities have healthy appetite for consuming luxurious properties and have kept the branded projects running.
