Ritz-Carlton, a premium hospitality brand which will be launching its first ever property in India, along with it even this realty firm will venture in the development of luxury hotels.\u00a0 Nitesh Estates is planning to launch luxury hotel project.Within the period of 8 years, the company has bought around 20 million sq ft of land. Right from luxurious housing to commercial complexes, retail and hotels, Nitesh Estates have launched many projects in our country. The company mainly focuses on developing first-class projects in the prime locations. The initial two projects by the company were A grade office buildings in one of the hottest location of Bangalore, MG Road. Few years later after developing these projects, the company has constructed ITC\u2019s biggest corporate housing project in India.The major factor that has that has driven Nitesh Estates to flourish in real estate markets of Chennai, Goa and Kochi is the Foreign Direct investment. \u00a0New York-based Citigroup Property Investor has invested Rs. 450 crore for a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for development of luxury hotels, US-based hedge finance Och-Ziff Capital Management Group invested Rs. 250 crore.
