\"regulatory-bill\"New Delhi: <\/b>The <\/b>real <\/b>estate <\/b>regulatory <\/b>bill will be introduced in the monsoon session of parliament which will start at the end of the July. The Cabinet has given the approval to the real estate regulatory Bill in the last month.Urban Poverty Alleviation Secretary Arun Misra said that the Bill will be introduced in the Monsoon session of Parliament. He also added \u201cThe Bill will be sent to a parliamentary standing committee which will study the provisions of the Bill and provide relevant suggestions\u201dDevelopers and builders said that once the Bill is passed in parliament, it will increase the property prices by about 30 per cent.According to the regulatory Bill, developers and builders should have all the permissions and licenses before they start selling the apartments. The Bill also deals with NAR-India, an industry body for property brokers which authenticate brokers and agents to improve the transparency in real estate sector. Nar-India is a national level organization and it is affiliated to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), a Chicago based global association.The bill is majorly Buyer oriented and works in the benefits of end users.
