The main aim of the company is to ensure optimum price benefit to the residents.The company has already developed some premium villas in Chennai. Villa-apartment project would be their first project in Coimbatore. The company is also planning to launch a project in Bangalore. According to the Managing Director of CGPL, Coimbatore, the FSI for the villa is achieved up to 0.7 whereas for apartment it is upto 1.5 to 2. Villas cost Rs.1500 per sq ft more than apartment according to the location. Therefore by launching the combination project, it would be a reasonable deal for the land owners, builders and buyers too.Most of the residents of Coimbatore aim for owning a land and would show interest in individual homes. The supply of apartments were high as compared to villas therefore the combination of villa and apartment would entice a large number of audience as they would be able to own a land and take the pleasure of staying in luxurious homes.The company\u2019s current launch Casa Grande Kalapatti is a residential project that comprises 79 posh villas, 32 apartments with top-notch amenities like clubhouse, gym, swimming pool etc. The project is expected to get completed by December, 2014. The company is hoping to achieve a turnover of Rs. 1000 crore by the end of 2016 out of which Coimbatore share is anticipated to of about Rs.100 crore.Apart from the construction, the company is also trying its hands on interior decoration and facilities management area.
