Most of the upcoming projects in India come with lavishness. Luxury word in real estate mainly is related to the amenities and facilities provided by the project. Luxury is moreover a status symbol for the homebuyers as it reflects their social and financial position. The metropolitan cities are the prime locations where luxury real estate can be seen in profusion. It can be an apartment, penthouse, villa, township or a bungalow; luxury housing covers all these residential types.<em>Lets us understand luxury real estate more precisely:<\/em><em><strong>Factors that make the realty, luxury:<\/strong> <\/em>Usually luxury differs from country to country and it majorly is dependent on factors such as property value of a particular location, the amenities it offers and also the presence of the facilities in the environs. If it offers world-class amenities than automatically the projects is tagged as a luxury real estate project. Normally luxurious projects fall under Rs. 1 crore and above bracket.<strong>Location:<\/strong>Location plays a major role in luxury real estate. Address use to be the main thing when people would look for homes. The prime localities of the cities houses most of the luxury brands. If the location is surrounded with green landscapes or are in proximity to shopping malls, reputed educational institutes, commercial sector can also fall under luxury category though it is not compulsion that all the projects in such areas should be luxury.<strong>Branded Residences:<\/strong>Branded residences are catching trend in this sector. Renowned real estate developer tie up with international hospitality, interior designing or Architecture Company to make their project branded. Therefore there is demand for branded properties in our country as it elevates the standard of living.Luxury homes have become the most preferred choice among the homebuyers. Even developers are increasing their supply in this residential category.
