Andhra Pradesh is well connected with the major cities like Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi via rail transport and Air transport. Hyderabad and Secunderabad are establishing as the next big IT cities after Mumbai and Bangalore.<strong>The most favorable real estate destinations in Andhra Pradesh<\/strong><b>Hyderabad<\/b>A well known IT destination, Hyderabad is one of the fast growing IT cities of India which has observed remarkable growth of the real estate sector. Presence of many multinational and IT\/ITeS companies has led the city to better infrastructures developments. The growth of the IT sector has been the major contributor in the residential, commercial and retail real estate. Andhra Pradesh state government has also invested about Rs 27,000 crore for the development of metro rail, roads, flyovers and better drainage system. Hyderabad is the best option for office investors and buyers. It caters almost every industrial sector and has offices of many industrial giants. Many projects and infrastructure developments can be seen in the Hyderabad city which has helped Hyderabad to become a favorite IT destination in India. HITECH city, Begumpet, Malkajgiri have observed great price appreciation in recent years. Hyderabad is the most preferred real estate investment destination in Andhra Pradesh.<b>Secunderabad<\/b>Secunderabad is well known as a shadow of Hyderabad city and next most sought after real estate destination after Hyderabad. Due to the overloading real estate of Hyderabad, developers and builders are shifting towards Secunderabad. Secunderabad has been emerging as the next IT destination in Andhra Pradesh after Hyderabad. Secunderabad residential real estate has seen the boost in property demand in the past few years. Maximum new developments in Secunderabad were observed in the Cantonment area.\u00a0\u00a0 <b>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b><b>Vishakhapatnam<\/b>Vishakhapatnam is a better residential destination in Andhra Pradesh compared to Hyderabad. Madhurawada, Parawada, Bheemunipatnam and Pendurthy are emerging as the most sought after residential destinations of the city. The Vishakhapatnam will be the best alternative real estate destination for Hyderabad and Secunderabad as the rates are cheaper.
