The market is witnessing a slowdown therefore the developers are adapting every possible way to boost up the sales. Finally the builders have decided to offer smaller commercial spaces as they have observed that there is a great demand for smaller offices in Mumbai.Kohinoor Square at Dadar has started booking at Rs.20, 000 per sq foot for small offices and they saw a tremendous result within the first 15 days. The company sold more than 50% of the office spaces. Apart from this there are other such realty companies who are offering office spaces at Rs.15, 000 per sq foot in Kurla and other group selling spaces that range from Rs.18, 000 to Rs. 20,000 per sq foot.Consumers are profiting with these deals as there is an oversupply in the commercial category. But however it is predicted that this situation is soon going to end. In coming two years, no commercial complexes are going to be launched.Consumers currently are trying their best to get the commercial spaces at lower rate as possible. Even builders are trying hard to attract the customers in all the possible ways. One of the builders asked a leading MNC to shift from Nariman Point and promised to waive a certain amount of rent.The experts still condemn the loading issue that troubles the commercial complexes.
