The SEZ is part of a 100 acre project that also comprises of residential space of six million sq ft., retail and hospitality space of seven million sq ft and non-SEZ office space of three million sq ft.Lanco Hills Technology Park CEO S. Pochendar said, &#8220;We have entered into our first leasing agreement with Apollo Health Street for 80,000 sq ft of office space in our\u00a0IT SEZ. Another 1.5 lakh sq ft will be leased in few days time.&#8221;Gachibowli is an emerging IT hub. D V Prasad, Vice President, Lanco Hills Technology commented on the deal and said, &#8220;We have provided excellent infrastructure which is going to yield rich dividends to companies setting up their operations. It is in the IT hub of Hyderabad, Gachibowli, and will soon emerge as a destination of choice for most of the companies.&#8221;Sutherland Global Services is one of the world\u2019s largest BPO concerns and employs 30, 000 employees. It operates globally in the field of business process and technology management services.<span style=\"left:100%;display:inline-block;position:fixed\"><a
