Apart from residential development that has fuelled the rental prices, malls are also grabbing lands and replacing the regular markets. Not to mention, the action has really caught the eyes of the citizens.Looking at the increasing demand for space, areas like Yashwantpur and Peenya have multiplied the number of residential units. Thousands of people work in the industrial areas like Peenya, Nelamangala and Dobbspet who are in need of accommodation. To overcome this situation, areas are flourishing by adding more concrete. In terms of connectivity, the single-free corridor between Yashwantpur and Nelamangala has solved the transportation problems. In future metro connectivity is also expected. Due to all these reasons, many colonies have been built throughout the corridor and construction is full-fledged powered.Apart from these major changes, there are few more reasons that are igniting the value of these areas.
