Many of the projects are in the process of making and if totaled, it will cost around 1,250 crore. Recently at the launch of its new project at suburban Perumbakkam, the builders have announced this big news to construct series of villas to change the face of Chennai and experience of mega-living.One of the villa projects that have caught the citizen’s eye is Avalon built in Sholinganalur. The concept of these villas is to offer copious spaces with a duplex model home. In the crowd of vertical apartments where living is restricted to the doors, villas are slowly gaining prominence as it offers more space to relax and rejuvenate. This has motivated the buyers and it is not surprising that 30 percent of the units have already been sold through the pre-launch scheme. The estimated date for the completion of the mentioned project is January 2015.Most of the villas are around 1,850 sq ft to 2,500 sq ft in area and cost 1 cr and above. Case Grande has touched a new high with its extraordinary development of 2.5 million Sq ft across 3 cities.
