Regardless of many such rounds, very few have come up to grab the properties. Thus the government is thinking to revamp the rules (Vyayan Nima) such that the properties can not only be sold to the reserved ones but also to the general public.Various plots that are very big in size are resting dusted AND haven&#8217;t received any bidders, so it is highly important now for the authority to sell them as quick as possible to get rid of unnecessary burden and waste. Apart from that, there are six extra large plots pricing at Rs 20 crore, so from here the authority can earn straight Rs 120 crore.If the authority&#8217;s motive will prove to be successful then the city can expect further developments in the infrastructure as well as more on greener side is also welcomed.&nbsp;<span style=\"left:100%;display:inline-block;position:fixed\"><a
