Indian Property Show in Dubai which opened on Thursday is witnessing a good response from the NRI community.The property exhibition showcases luxurious and plush properties of India which features apartments, villas, row houses, commercial complexes and plots. Around 100 developers across India participated in this property show. The project costs mostly ranged from Rs. 1 million to Rs. 23 million.According to the organizers, they expect more than 17,000 visitors in this 3 day property show and the response of 1st day is pretty good.The main highlight of this property show is the Property Dhamaka which offers the visitors with discount on properties, holiday packages for families, free property registrations and many other exciting offers. Indiabulls realty, one of the renowned real estate companies of India has announced an electrifying offer to the buyers. The company is planning to offer the classy Mercedes Benz to the customers who buy apartments in more than 2 projects. The company has still not confirmed it but is still working on it.The organizers have also arranged a program called \u2018Know Your City\u2019, in which the visitors would be given guidance regarding investment in prime location like Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Pune, Bangalore and Chennai.One of the organizers of the property show said that it is a good time for the NRIs to invest in Indian properties as the current rate of exchange is favorable and the buyers can be benefited by it.
