Few cities of Maharashtra which are the most favorable real estate destinations are as follows.<b>Mumbai:<\/b>Mumbai has seen immense growth in the real estate in past few decades. Mumbai is the favorite destination for commercial real estate in India and is majorly favored by the foreign companies. Mumbai is the financial capital of the India and it is home for many educational institutes and numerous multinational companies. Mumbai has been observing land crunch since past few years which is increasing the property prices in the Mumbai. The new areas like Navi Mumbai, Thane, Kamothe are the new real estate destinations of the city. The development of the Multi-model International Cargo Hub and Airport at Nagpur (MIHAN) will increase the demand for the properties in Nagpur.
