Developers with good growth trajectory are the ones that the real estate fund mainly invests in.Casa Grande Pvt. Ltd. is a successful real estate development company that started in 2004 and has already developed 2.5 million sq. ft. of residential space. Casa Grande builds residences in the niche segment such as luxury villas and apartments. Most of the development is centered around Coimbatore, Bangalore and Chennai. Casa Grande has developed 32 projects and its current fiscal amounts to Rs 1,000 crore.The proposed luxury project that is basically an apartment complex of 2.4 lakh sq. ft is to come up at Thoraipakkam, Old Mahabalipuram Road, Chennai.
