In Tamil Nadu land records are known as <strong>pattta or chitta<\/strong>. The website aims to provide easy services to the citizens anytime and anywhere. The Patta\/ Chitta Extract can also be used to register extract the agricultural land.Since the portal is expected to bring transparency in property transactions, workshops are being undertaken not only in this state but all over the country to make the facility known to all. The land records which will be hosted online will comprise of all details related to the land like whether it has patta, its usage etc.<strong>How to view land records with the help of e-services?<\/strong>Acquiring land records in Tamil Nadu is not at all a big deal now. In this page you have to enter some details that are mandatory like entering the district name, Taluk, Village. You will get a dropdown from you can which you can select the district, taluk or tehsil and village name.<\/li>\n<li>Next you have to enter the Patta number or the Chitta number of which you want the details.<\/li>\n<li>In last two boxes you have to enter the survey number and the sub division number.
