The Rajasthan Bhu Abhilekh\/the scheme of apna Khata (which is actually the land rights local name) works under the Revenue Department of Rajasthan Ajmer. Now you can easily log on to the official website: <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/apnakhata.raj.nic.in\/\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/apnakhata.raj.nic.in\/<\/a><\/strong> and see the records. You can find the nearest kiosk in the website from where you can obtain the authorized copy (ROR Nakal) of the records. The department has also introduced machines in multiple places across the state. Anybody from local citizens to farmers can get to know the records using those machines.For most of the farmers, land could be the only asset which they own; digitization of land records will not only change their lives but also monetize their owned asset.<strong>How to get the &#8216;Record of Rights&#8217;or &#8216;Apna Khata&#8217;:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log on to <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/apnakhata.raj.nic.in\/\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/apnakhata.raj.nic.in\/<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8216;Apna Khata&#8217;which is written in Hindi format.<\/li>\n<li>The map of Rajasthan will appear with all the cities mentioned.<\/li>\n<li>Select the city in which you own the land.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>district map<\/strong> will be shown, select your district.<\/li>\n<li>The<strong> name<\/strong> of the &#8216;Tehsil&#8217;and the district will appear on the top. Choose from &#8216;Gat&#8217;or &#8216;Chalu'(previous or current year).<\/li>\n<li>Go through the list of villages and select your village.<\/li>\n<li>After selecting, you will be taken to the page where you can see the &#8216;Nakal'(authorized copy).<\/li>\n<li>You have to select with what you want to see your record: <strong>Khata, Khasra<\/strong>, Name or all Khata.<\/li>\n<li>Select one of the options and enter the details asked. Click on &#8216;Nakal Prapt Karein'(Get the ROR copy).<\/li>\n<li>However you can only check the ROR online but you have to reach the government authorized kiosk (which you can find on the website itself) to get the copy (<strong>Naka<\/strong>l) of Record of Land Rights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Rajasthan has 33 districts and citizen of every district can access land records online via the online portal.
