According to the analysis presented by the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India( Assocham), from the period of 2008-09 to 2012-13, Uttar Pradesh have seen a tremendous growth in outstanding investments in real estate sector and holds 6<sup>th<\/sup> rank among all other states of India in the total value of outstanding investments.As compared to other parts of India, the state has recorded maximum number of outstanding investments in realty. Out of the total outstanding investments of Rs.14 lakh crore, UP has a share of over 9 percent till March 2013.Apart from the outstanding attainments worth Rs. 1.3 lakh crore till March 2013, the state also witnessed a drop of about 69% in investment commitments from 2011-12 to 2012-13. Uttar Pradesh ranks fifth with a substantial share of 6% out of the total value of investment commitments worth Rs. 42,000 crore which involves both domestic as well as foreign real estate investors in 2012-13.In 2011-12, the state successfully attracted real estate investment commitments valued Rs, 8,200 crore but during the previous financial year, the state\u2019s performance declined and witnessed a drop of around Rs.2600 crore in the investment commitments.<span style=\"left:100%;display:inline-block;position:fixed\"><a href=\"http:\/\/rusbankinfo.ru\/\">\u0437\u0430\u0439\u043c \u043d\u0430 \u043a\u0430\u0440\u0442\u0443 \u0431\u0435\u0437 \u043e\u0442\u043a\u0430\u0437\u043e\u0432 \u043a\u0440\u0443\u0433\u043b\u043e\u0441\u0443\u0442\u043e\u0447\u043d\u043e<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/rusbankinfo.ru\/credits.html\">\u0432\u0437\u044f\u0442\u044c \u043a\u0440\u0435\u0434\u0438\u0442 \u043e\u043d\u043b\u0430\u0439\u043d<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Uttar Pradesh, the state which boasts highest number of population in India has recorded a massive 106 % escalation in total outstanding investments in real estate sector of India.
