Unitech group was established in 1972 and has around 100 projects situated across the country mainly in cities like Gurgaon, Noida, Bangalore, and Chennai.The investment of 500 crore will be used to develop around 300 housing units in the project along with many basic and luxurious amenities. The project will house apartments with an average size of 4,500 sq ft which will cost at the price of Rs 4.5 crore and onwards. The project is supposed to be completed in four years and will be completed most likely in the year 2017.The project work has been started about six months ago and almost 10 percent work has already been completed. The project is spread over an area of 16 acres in sector69 of Gurgaon and will house six residential multi-storey towers with only two apartments on one floor.The company has already spent an amount of Rs 60 crore on the construction work of the project and the investment will be raised through the company&#8217;s internal revenue. The company is planning on generating the sale revenue of Rs 1500 crore from the project.Company spokesperson said that the project is a premium creation of the Unitech Group and they are getting good response from the customers.
