This might lead to controversy as most of the times the property is inherited by multiple people of family. In a solution to this perplexing situation, an equal amount of money in place of share would be given.It often happens after the divorce that a woman is left with nothing in her hand and has to struggle with the tough forces of life. In a move to make it easier, the government is planning to discuss ideas that will offer a divorcee enough such that she can lead her live peacefully. The residential properties acquired by a married man are also his wife’s property as she becomes a part of her husband’s life.
