The company is planning to invest approximately Rs. 70 crore for this project.The main objective of Tata Housing is to provide quality living to their customers through continuous innovation and with the same motto, the company is endeavoring to provide a comfortable lifestyle to the senior people of our society. The project is a part of 25 acre<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/bangalore\/builder\/16777\/tata-housing\"> Tata Housing Project<\/a>. Out of the total land area 4.5 acre will be acquired for Riva Residences; it will have 187 units for the citizens who are above the age of 55. The project mainly focuses on the facilities needed for the aged people. The project bestows modern-utility based design conveniences, services and the environment that suits the requirement of the senior citizens.
