Property developer Oberoi Realty has planned to invest in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/delhi\/properties\">NCR property market<\/a>. Oberoi realty is the Mumbai based developer company and it has worked only in the borders of the Mumbai region.Vikas Oberoi, CMD, Oberoi Realty explained this step of the company saying that they will continue to work in Mumbai; yet they want to try other important markets too. The Oberoi realty has planned to start with the small investment project to study the market and according to that they will continue further.The Oberoi Realty is looking for the land from past six months in the National Capital Region and even they have also decided to work on a joint venture if something comes up. The NCR property market is the top most property market in India after Mumbai. The decision of the company to invest in the NCR is considered as their first step to spread their <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\">realty development business<\/a> all over India.The first quarter of the year 2013, Oberoi Realty observed the 1.1 per cent year-on-year net profit of Rs 145.17 crore compared to Rs 143.6 crore in the last year\u2019s first quarter along with the rise of 14.2 per cent in revenue of the same quarter. The full year net profit was recorded at Rs 504.8 crore whereas the revenue for a complete year was reported to be Rs 1,147.5 crore in FY12.Sluggish commercial market of Mumbai has affected the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/delhi\/new-projects\">commercial project<\/a> of the Oberoi Realty known as Oberoi Splendor Commercial 1 in Andheri.
