The new branch of the company, K V Developers Pvt Ltd will launch its project in Greater Noida which will consist of 700-800 flats. The total investment will amount up to Rs 300 crore.K V Developers Director Aman Agarwal said that they have already acquired the land and the project is expected to be completed within the next 3 years. The project will be developed over a 5 acre area. Most of the funding for the project will come from internal accruals as in 2012-13 the company archived a total turnover of Rs 460 crore. But some external debts will also be raised and the company is talking to banks at present. The apartments at this project will consists of 2,3 and 4 BHK with sizes varying between 850 to 1,500 sq ft. Depending on the area of the apartment they will be priced between Rs 30 to 45 lakhs.At present the company is acquiring approvals from concerned authorities and the construction work for the project is expected to start around August-September 2013. This mid income housing project will be designed by architect C P Kukreja.In the future also K V Developers has plans to develop projects in the National Capital Region such as Noida and Gurgaon. In these two locations KV Developers is in the process of negotiations to buy 25 acres of land to develop premium and luxury houses.In the current financial year the KV Group is looking to increase its turnover to Rs 1000 crore.
