These real estate projects are likely to come up in Maneswar, Rewari and Pataudi in Haryana and Behror, Sahapur, Chomu and Kotputli in Rajasthan.The new real estate projects will mostly be in the affordable housing range and will consist of various options in terms of location, budget and alternate residential options. They will be mainly built for the Gurgaon work force. Though there are fears among some that this move will negatively affect the Gurgaon real estate market, according to real estate consultants there is no basis to such fear. Central Gurgaon is saturated. Therefore as such the real estate market is already shifting towards the periphery. The news of Haryana government wanting to expand further can only be good news to investors and end users who can take advantage of an early opportunity and buy flats at lower costs.Though which way the branches of the proposed expressway will head out from the Delhi-Gurgaon expressway is yet not fixed it is assumed it will branch out somewhere between Mahipalpur and Gurgaon toll plaza. It will pass through<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Manesar<\/span><\/span>, Kothputli and <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rewari<\/span><\/span>\u00a0. There might be a short link from Jaipur city to the expressway. There will be a link from the expressway to the Bhiwadi industrial township. The expressway will join the Jaipur bypass, on the outskirts of the city.\u00a0Gurgaon city roads will be linked to the expressway thus reducing NH8 traffic. Therefore the development of the expressway is good news for Gurgaon.Of the 20,000 hectares of land 6,000 hectares will be in Haryana and 14,000 hectares will be in Rajasthan. 20,000 hectares means 50,000 acres.
