Understanding the trend and demand developers have come up with luxury homes that look at luxury from a different perspective.Developers are forming tie-ups with international brands to launch world class apartments. These apartments are typically priced between Rs 10 to Rs 25 crore. Such houses are finding a wide market in Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi \/NCR. Though the real estate market is battling with a slowdown in demand, most experts are of the view that super luxury apartments is one segment of the real estate market that has been least impacted by the recession and even in the future will possibly remain out of the effects of recession. While Bollywood star wives are designing such apartments personalities like Maria Sharapova and Michael Schumacher are endorsing them.These apartments are famously designed by celebrities like Gauri Khan who designed Glitterati by Kolte Patil Developers. The name &#8216;Glitterati&#8217; literally means &#8216;famous people who are often photographed&#8217;. North Indian based Supertech tied up with Armani, the world renowned Italian fashion brand to build the Supernova in Noida. The Supernova will have 100 apartments designed by Armani Casa and all the apartments will have d\u00e9cor products designed by Armani. Each apartment will be 3,000 to 5,000 sq ft and will be sold on an invitation-only basis. Prior to this, Armani had ties with Mumbai&#8217;s Lodha Group and built the World Towers in Upper Worli in Mumbai. Ireo, another real estate firm tied up with Hyatt Hotels. In the tie up they will build Grand Hyatt Residencies. All the services in the apartments will be provided by the Hyatt Hotels. The apartment will be like a service apartment.
