Paarth Infrabuild for now is the biggest investor in Gomti Nagar Extension near Sultanpur Road where work on Aadyant group housing project has been started. Paarth Infrabuild has plans to invest Rs 1,400 crore in the coming 6 years in Sultanpur Road.The targets for such real estate developers who are interested in Sultanpur Road are the IT professionals who will soon be moving into the neighbourhood. Paarth Infrabuild Ltd which has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering and urban planning is a reputed company and has worked for government agencies. It is established across the country as well as in Sri Lanka. Paarth Infrabuild claims to be providing world class and unmatched quality of life at Aadyant.In the Gomti Nagar Extension Paarth Infrabuild has already acquired 27 acres of land on which besides the residential apartments of Aadyant commercial complexes, hotels and a hospital will also be built. Paarth Infrabuild has plans to develop 4 million sq ft of space in Lucknow and has funding of Rs 100 crore.During the next 6 years Paarth Infrabuild will be taking up projects that will extend over Kanpur, Allahabad, Varanasi and Noida.
