Among the new type of residential schemes are the trends of country homes townships with schemes of plots with good approach road, club house, fitness centre, swimming pool etc or the readymade villas. The concept or trend of country homes is picking up fast in metropolitan and cosmopolitan cities; Pune is one of the fastest growing cosmopolitan cities having an increase in population every year due to the number of corporate sectors and the job opportunities the city provides. The increase in population, daily traffic congestions and cramped up spaces has led to the concept of country homes for individuals who prefer less populated, less polluted and more of space and peace of mind.People now-a-days prefer homes in the outer limits of the Pune city the reason being so is due to increase in the population, increase in air and noise pollution due increase in traffic on city roads. People have to compromise on space and lifestyle leading to poor quality of life. The Developers are focusing on country home townships, not only has it become affordable to buy a country home, the convenience of ready-to-build plots, connected security, water and electricity connections at a fraction of city home prices, is attracting many urban consumers to invest their disposable incomes in second homes.The Country homes are mostly preferred with beautiful view of farms, lakes, river, mountains, valley, areas covered by dense plantations and trees.
