Due to the absence of many top-class international brands, residents of Chandigarh used to travel Delhi for shopping; hence the existence of this mall has grabbed a lot of attention.L&amp;T Realty has invested around 1,750 crore to build up this commercial project which includes over 1.15 million square feet, mega mall, office space of 4-lakh square feet and a luxurious 5-Star Hotel, Hyatt Regency. L&amp;T Realty is boasting 200 fashion brands that embraces cluster of international style brands like Gant, Guess, Gas, Swarovski. Mango etc.This 20 acre huge commercial project is one of its kind in Chandigarh. The mall also includes parking space that can house around 5,800 cars. It is indeed, one of biggest parking space in our country. The company said that they have occupied almost 30 to 40 percent of the space for offices.The mall not only swanks international fashion brands but it also has many medium priced branded shops like Westside, Pantaloons, Shoppers Stop and many names which will be opening shortly.
