GPL is well known for its high class complexes and commercial projects across India. With Malad based redevelopment project, company will provide space efficient apartments in the congested area of Mumbai. Considering the affordability of people GPL will provide homes of 600 sq. ft. area at lowest cost of 16.5 lacks with all the features and amenities from township in Ahmedabad.The Mumbai based <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\">Real Estate Company<\/a> is redeveloping the private property named as Sunder Sangam Cooperative housing society in west Malad. The project will be developed in 1.3 acre which will offer 95000 sq. ft. of sale area. The project will include the reestablishment of old members of the housing society. The old society is situated in the area called Sunder Nagar which is at the centre of the western suburbs. Surrounding of the project includes well established retail and commercial constructions. The project will not be too far away from domestic and international Airports and Railway stations.On the other hand GPL declared their very low cost affordable-homes <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/ahmedabad\/new-projects\">project in Ahmedabad<\/a>. The township called as &#8220;Godreg Garden City&#8221; will feature five buildings each of 12 floors as affordable home.
