The 80 floor project is being developed in the Mumbai central area in south Mumbai.The project is venture of the Nathani Parekh Constructions and is developed by demolishing the Dalal Estates one of the biggest constructions in the city. The project made its way into the news in mid 2010, when it finally got environmental clearance in 2011. \u00a0The project will be developed in the total area of one acre. The old tenants of Dalal Estate will be accommodated between 9<sup>th<\/sup> and 38<sup>th<\/sup> floor of the new building. The remaining floors are open for the selling to new customers. The redevelopment project will feature only one tower. Each and every apartment of the tower will be having the view of the Arabian Sea as it is oriented east to west direction. The tower is designed with the slenderness ratio (ratio of width and height) of 1:12 with width of 20 meter, length of 60 meters and the architectural height of 262 meters. The tower construction will be completely for residential purposes.<b>Creators:<\/b>The project is a brainchild of Nathani Parekh Constructions. The company is one of the fastest growing companies in real estate from Mumbai which has many big redevelopment projects in their pocket. The Nathani group has appointed Fairwood group for end to end project management services. Fairwood group of companies mostly works in three major sectors mobility, energy and urbanization. The group will be mostly working on the project management from the start to end. It is said that construction and architecture of the tower will be handled by Gammon India.<b>Features and Amenities:<\/b>The project is located in the very congested area of the south Mumbai and is very near to the Mumbai central railway station. The Developers have taken care of every problem that Mumbaikar faces now-a-days. The city has the biggest problem of parking space; the tower will be having complete five floors dedicated to the parking. The building will also provide the retails at first three floors from the ground.The residential houses will start from the 9<sup>th<\/sup> floor to the last floor of the building. The tower has the 1.3 million sq ft of built-up area spreading over 80 floors. The building will provide features like club house, swimming pool, gymnasium, spa and cafeteria as the 8<sup>th<\/sup>, 39<sup>th<\/sup> and 40<sup>th<\/sup> floors are completely dedicated for that. The apartments will have features like balcony, terrace and terrace garden. The apartment will be showing the different views of the Mumbai along with the Arabian Sea.<b>Location:<\/b>A Nathani Heights is located in one of the crowded areas of the south Mumbai near to the Mumbai central station.
