It adds premium value to the plush housing projects. Most of the builders are adapting international concept of housing plans. Not only the rich class but even the NRIs get attracted to the housing projects that proffers \u00a0golf course. The builders are guaranteed with huge profits.There are hardly three golf courses in Mumbai and very few of them get membership of these golf courts. Membership cost of some of these golf courses is also quite expensive, therefore realtors coming up with such facilities can target a huge number of audience. Golf courses near between Mumbai and Pune are on high ascend. These projects can serve as vacation home option for the homebuyers.Well-known realty players are keen on developing luxurious projects with sports facilities in and around Mumbai. Indiabulls Real Estate is planning to come up with such project in the outskirts of Mumbai. It will be a 350 acre <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/india\/new-projects\">residential project<\/a> comprising of villas and terraced residences and a massive 18- hole golf course. Lodha group, one of the top realtors in India have already launched a housing project which consists of 9-hole golf course. The project is named Lodha Golflinks and is located near Dombivali. It is a 50 acre project in which 30 cares is allocated for golf course and the rest of the area is used for high-end residences and villas.
