The managing director of the firm said that there is continuous demand for residential and commercial projects in tier-II and tier-III cities. However there is less demand for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/india\/new-projects\" target=\"_blank\">commercial projects<\/a> compared to the housing ones.DLF added that they are witnessing demand for high quality housing in these cities and there is no such thing as downturn. There is a rapid growth and elevation in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/lucknow\/real-estate\" target=\"_blank\">realty industry of Lucknow<\/a>. People are developing new ways of living and looking forward for luxury. DLF is launching &#8220;My Pad&#8221; multi utility spaces in the city that will offer around 600 studio apartments, as it had witnessed a rise in demand of studios and service apartments.DLF is receiving great response from almost every project in Uttar Pradesh and the overall performance was as expected from this tier-II city.
