Keys Hotels are planning to open more 100 hotels in next five years with the investment of Rs. 500 crore.Currently there are total 30 hotels out of which 12 are in actively working while the other 18 are in developing stage. These hotels are already present in Trivandrum, Ludhiana, Bangalore and Pune. It also functions for owner partners in Chennai, Mahabaleshwar, Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad and Goa. They have intended to start up a new venture with an investment of Rs. 30 crore in Pimpri, which is an industrial centre of Pune.According to the MD and CEO of Keys Hotels, the hotel has witnessed a tremendous growth within the span of 6 years and the lucrative business model and the efficient management has helped to achieve their aim of expansion. The new launch in Pimpri, Pune will be Keys Hotels sixth self owned property.Keys Hotels is one of the leading brands in mid- market series of hotels. These hotels boast many resorts and service apartments in India. Therefore expansion of this well known chain of hotels has lead to development in commercial real estate. It has boosted the commercial and the hospitality sector in India.Pimpri being a major industrial hub in Pune, the expansion of the Keys Hotels in this locality will accelerate their business. Their main focus is to provide hospitality to the IT, automobile industries and other commercial sector in the surrounding and to serve upscale and affordable services to the corporate and business class. The Keys chains of hotels have two more hotels in pipeline which are expected to be launched till 2014 in Pune. This will definitely boost up the commercial sector of the city.
