There is an ever growing demand for residential spaces across the city and one of the areas which is making a considerable progress in supplying the city with luxury as well as mid segment housing is Pimple Gurav in the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) area.Pimple Gurav is located in the northwestern part of Pune. The chief reasons for Pimple Gurav for becoming an emerging residential hot spot are its proximity to the Hinjewadi IT industry Aundh, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Shivaji Nagar and Pune station.
