\"residential-project-license\"Gurgaon<\/strong>: <\/a>Over past few years there was a remarkable outflow of residential projects in Millennium City but the scenario may change in 2013. According to the research conducted by the Directorate Town and Country Planning Department (DTCP), since 2010 out of 8 to 9 license applications in 1 month issued by the private real estate developers only one out of it was for residential project this year. 2013 may witness a radical downfall in licenses for residential projects in Gurgaon.In 2013, till date not even a single license is issued for average residential projects. In January and February, total 5 licenses were issued out of which 3 were for commercial projects and 1 was for luxurious residential project and the remaining one was for the expansion of the existing plotted colony. None of the license was issued for residential project.According to a report, the Haryana has fallen short of 20% of legal minimum license quota of the size of the land in the respected zone. Out of approximately 4 lakh residential units, most of them are skyscrapers which will occupy 6000 acres of land.Not only apartments even independent plots, freehold houses are affected by the minimum license quota. Majority of the builders will not be able to meet the criteria for minimum requisite of 100 acres for townships.As a part of the Gurgaon Master Plan 2031, DTCP has issued 655 licenses to the developers from 2008 to 2012 for approx 8000 acres of land in Sectors 58 to 115.\u0437\u0430\u0439\u043c \u043d\u0430 \u043a\u0430\u0440\u0442\u0443 \u0431\u0435\u0437 \u043e\u0442\u043a\u0430\u0437\u043e\u0432 \u043a\u0440\u0443\u0433\u043b\u043e\u0441\u0443\u0442\u043e\u0447\u043d\u043e<\/a>\u0432\u0437\u044f\u0442\u044c \u043a\u0440\u0435\u0434\u0438\u0442 \u043e\u043d\u043b\u0430\u0439\u043d<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
