And it&#8217;s not like that the development in Mumbai reaches its threshold. But the development is going on by keeping luxurious class in vision. Thus major population then looked for options outside the city which lead to the formation of Navi Mumbai.Now Navi Mumbai is one of the most coveted areas in the country. With rapid development it has reached new heights that produced homes for lacs of people which come under the affordable segment. It was inevitable that this would become one of the most promising destinations in no time and it eventually became. Thus the expansion of Navi Mumbai began. Areas like Airoli, Ghansoli, Kopar Khairane, Vashi, Sanpada, Nerul, CBD Belapur, Kharghar, Kalamboli, Jui Kamothe, New Panvel, Ulwe, Pushpak and Dronagiri undergone through serious transformation.<strong>What&#8217;s Hot Now<\/strong><strong>Ulwe, Panvel and kharghar<\/strong>After the proposal of Navi Mumbai International Airport at Kopra-Panvel area, locations like Panvel, Kharghar, Ulwe and Kalamboli gained enormous importance and witnessed multiple investments. However the airport will be operational around 2016. Coming to Ulwe, the improvements is quick and qualitative. With the upcoming Seawood-Uran suburban rail network, commuters will be much eased as it will be connected to the city using the mass rapid transport system. The hike in the Ulwe property rates is natural and it is predicted that in next five years the rates will go up near to 150%. Several new projects from builders like Vishwa Green Realtors, Goodwill Developers, Moraj Group, Today Developers, Galaxy Group, The Wadhwa Group, Swaraj Builders and Developers, Space India Builders and Developers and many more are in the pipeline. Prices are growing here, a 1 BHK can cost from 21 to 35 lacs.The skyrocketing of Ulwe prices can be easily noticed. Following the same trend, locations like Panvel and Kharghar are displaying same action as Ulwe. Projects like La Reviera, Riverside Park, Radhey Heritage, and Moraj Gateway are being developed by Lakhani Builders Pvt. Ltd, Moraj Group, Space India Builders and Developers and Moraj Group respectively. The Panvel Property rates too are touching a new high. A 1 BHK apartment in Panvel of 750 sq ft cost around 25 lacs or a 2 BHK of 860 sq costs 35 lacs. And these rates are average and can go more than that.The kharghar property rates have not stayed behind. Some of properties even run ahead of Panvel in price. A 2 BHK apartment in Kharghar of area 1087 sq ft cost about 86 lacs or a 1 BHK of 603 sq ft cost 41 lacs.Ulwe, Panvel and Kharghar have flourished the most in the Navi Mumbai and are high in demand. The neighbouring areas have been equally developed. Some of them have special economic zones, while some host the cricket stadium.
