If you have seen Pune of ten years back then it is impossible for you to recognize the new Pune of today because it is completely transformed from a peaceful natural paradise to almost an emerging metro city with full fledged expansion in different directions in full speed. There is now world class malls, shopping plazas, health care facilities, educational institutes, and not to forget loads of national and international companies to employ you. What else one can ask for from a city like Pune?Now the saving funda of population has changed to spending funda as people of today want a luxurious lifestyle at any cost and thus they are paying hefty prices to own a dream home that can promise them a lavish lifestyle along with world class recreation facilities and other options. The reason behind this shift can be the lucrative residential projects promising ultra modern lifestyle and the earning power of population that encouraged them to take up such a lifestyle. In the current scenario all the lavish townships or <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/pune\/projects\" target=\"_blank\">residential projects<\/a> are priced Rupees one crore onwards and if such projects are being successful it means there are buyers out there who want such homes for them and their families in order to show the growth they are part of.No doubt initially we thought that such a high end segment of residential projects won&#8217;t attract sufficient number of buyers but the response was amazing and encouraged developers to come up with more such projects in different locations. Buyers are also getting smarter and they know what they actually want from their homes. Budget is not a constraint for many buyers unless they are getting a quality product with class and elegance. Premium homes are now in demand. One reason behind is that most of the buyers in Pune have travelled globally and they expect the same standard of living and lifestyle in their home country as well as they experience while living in abroad.
