And afterwards can sale it only with the prior permission of the DDA. But it has been alleged that the land development agency had been selling residential colonies to people whose other properties had been acquired by the same.DDA had also incurred a loss of crores of rupees as plots have been sold without acquiring no-objection certificates (NOC) from the DDA. Instances are also there when NOCs had been collected but they haven\u2019t been paid for.The bench in high court is being headed by Chief Justice D Murugesan and also comprises of Justice V K Jain. Chief Justice D Murugesan had asked the DDA Vice Chairman to investigate the matter.<span style=\"left:100%;display:inline-block;position:fixed\"><a
