The net worth of the group stands at Rs 19, 320 crore. The Indiabulls Real Estate has 31 ongoing projects which include commercial as well as residential developments and also townships, malls, hotels and resorts. At present Indiabulls is working on 72.86 million sq. ft of land. Most of the work of Indiabulls Real Estate is concentrated in Mumbai, Delhi (NCR) and Chennai. Some remarkable projects of Indiabulls real estate are Indiabulls Enigma in Gurgaon, Indiabulls Blu in Worli, Indiabulls Golf City in Navi Mumbai, Indiabulls Greens in Chennai etc.<strong>Sky Suites<\/strong>One such ongoing project of the Indiabulls Real Estate is the Sky Suites located at Lower Parel, Mumbai. It is like a luxury township, only it soars upwards rather than spreading over vast areas. But just because it is an apartment, it is not by any means any less luxurious than the best of villas in an integrated township. The Sky Suites will be the tallest tower in central Mumbai.
