It is a symbol of respect, hospitality and socialization and a gesture of greeting. In a tribute to the myriad years long tradition, the Namaste Tower is one marvel to be erected in the extreme city Mumbai that will form the shape of joining of palms (Seeming like Namaste). This dreamlike project is designed by the multinational engineering design, constructions and planning firm WS Atkins (Burj-Al-Arab architects). It is majorly made for W Hotel (a Starwood’s luxury hotel brand). Apart from the extraordinary architecture, the façades of the tower will be designed with the patterns of Mehandi (henna) to give it a chic yet cultural look. The tower will be 300 metres (984 ft) high and offer 62 floors of hotel, office and retail space. Building in Ambika mill land, Lower Parel, one of the unique features of the tower is the solar thermal collectors which will give 12% of the energy needed to heat water for the hotel. It will be officially said as ‘W Mumbai‘ that will house more than 350 super luxurious suites including presidential suites to make you feel like a president. Also multi-cuisine restaurants, classy bar, lounge, fitness centre, pool and spa would be added facilities in the hotel. This is the first W Hotel in the country and a start with the Namaste Tower is grandiose in every manner. The SkinTaking inspiration from the hands of our lovely Indian women that are decorated with henna (called mehandi) at the wedding ceremonies, Namaste tower will flaunt its beautiful skin that will be graphically made in the same way as the bride’s hands. The graphic will be made in the alpolic (a material) and glass making the building nearly transparent. And it’s not that easy as it appears, high research has been done in making the design efficient and easy-to-make while playing with the curvatures.Garden and PodiumSeveral internal gardens add stars in the beauty of the interiors with embellishing the corridors and atrium spaces with greenery. While the podium mainly contains retail spaces, fused with fountains and varied water features.Sky RestaurantThe description of this project will never be complete until the sky Restaurant and bar is mentioned. It’s an astonishing place to eat while eyeing the panorama of the city. The two clasping hands of the Namaste Tower that rose high to express a new kind hospitality to the country is another architectural magnificence that becomes a thread that connects modern architecture with our traditional roots.

займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн

Namaste (Sanskrit) means ‘I bow to you’ is a gesture that holds immense significance in the Indian tradition.
