Because buying a home is a once in a lifetime thing and cannot altered in most cases later on. Most of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/pune\/top-builders\">reputed builders<\/a> follow the basics of vaastu. You just need to keep an eye on these basic principles that can maximise your happiness and prosperity later.Vaastu believes in keeping your entrance in positive direction to create positive energy that can lead to positive thinking, good health and prosperity. Construction of flats according to vaastu is not easy but if the developer follows meticulously the principles of vaastu in selection of plot and construction of building the results can be satisfactory in majority of cases.Here are the principles that should be strictly followed to give maximum benefits to flat owner.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The land or plot should be square or rectangle if possible with south west corner equal to 90 degree,<\/li>\n<li>Ground levels should be sloping towards north-east, and the levels in south west, should be higher than all other sides.<\/li>\n<li>An open well or bore well should be dug in the north east before the construction.<\/li>\n<li>At the time of designing the complex more open space should be left in the east and north compared to south and west.<\/li>\n<li>Balconies should be in east, north and north east are advisable.<\/li>\n<li>Kitchen should be in south-east or north-west and never in north-east.<\/li>\n<li>Staircase should be in south, west or south west.
