It is a good idea to clear the fee structurebefore taking his\/her services to avoid any conflicts later.2. It is good to keep your property neat and clean when you want to find agood tenant.3. Keep a check on plumbing, wiring and painting. A well done house canfetch good tenants.4. Screening of the tenant: It is a must for the owner to check outthe credit history, employment, references and the past landlordsverifications to know your tenant better because what looks good notnecessarily be good.5.
