The property registration documents that are under the Mumbai municipal jurisdiction are scanned and available on the web for download. These docs will also deliver the ownership details between January 2002 and December 2011. The properties registered in and after 2012 will come under different scheme called iSarita, a software developed for the IGR (inspector general of registration) office. The data is in the process of synchronization and users can get the registration documents of the properties that had been registered 2002 onwards.After a short period, this service will be also introduced in Navi Mumbai and Pune.The service will be available at: <strong>http:\/\/164.100.112.103\/testingeSearch\/wfsearch.aspx<\/strong>This innovative step will be helpful in reducing the burden on the employees of the sub registrar office too, since they have to take extra time from their clocks to do this documentation work.
