And now, as the year is nearly ending, the estimated area DLF launched exceeds the declared, marking a huge success.DLF had said that 8.5 million sq ft of luxury group housing would be launched in Gurgaon and one million sq ft each in Bangalore and Lucknow.Well, we can say these luxurious premium projects are not everyone&#8217;s cup of tea but still the number of applications outnumbers the available flats.
