The rising demand for commercial space has given a boost to the overall real estate market in the area.Companies such as Siemens, Patni, and other small IT\/ITeS ventures are commencing their business from Airoli, hence the demand for office space has increased substantially, triggering demand-supply and property appreciation.The capital values of office space witnessed an 8-12% appreciation in past 3-4 months, whereas the rental values of Grade A office spaces noted a hike of more than 15%. Some of the commercial office projects are Airoli Knowledge Park, Mindspace Airoli and Patni Knowledge Park.
