People who have bought flats in the locale want to rent it out while looking for better return on investment due to which rents have been increased in Vile Parle (E).<strong>Rental Price Trend:<\/strong>The price of\u00a0a fully furnished 1 BHK flat shooted up to Rs 25,000 per month. Whereas 2 and 3 BHK accommodation costs around Rs 45,000 and 55,000 respectively.<strong>Other factors:<\/strong>Vile Parle (E) is also closer to Juhu, Santacruz which offers a good option for office-goers. It is a nice and peaceful locality off Hanuman Road nearby schools, colleges, malls, business houses, restaurants and hotels. It is very close to the Airport, Western Express Highway and Railway Station.
