Few years back due to political uncertainty, Hyderabad was facing stagnation in Real Estate market, but now it has bounced back. The factors that have influenced the drastic development are intensification in MNCs, reputed corporate and educational institutes. Emergence of the biggest IT companies like Microsoft, Oracle, Bann and many others have resulted in the growth of property demand.<strong>\u00a0Transport and Infrastructure development in Hyderabad:<\/strong>The infrastructure of Hyderabad is quite impressive. The PVN Rao Express Highway, the longest flyover of the country, connects the International Airport to the JN Express Highway. This flyover has reduced distances within the city. \u00a0A world class Metro Rail Transportation facility is in progression. The project is expected to be completed by 2014. \u00a0The metro will provide rapid transport across the city.<strong>Real Estate Scenario in Hyderabad:<\/strong><em><strong>Residential Development: <\/strong><\/em>There has beena slow yet definite increase in the demand for residential spaces. Many home \u2013 buyers are eyeing the city for independent homes, farm-houses and flats. Recent studies reveal that Hyderabad is the most preferred destination for affordable living and an ideal place to invest as well. Many real estate developers are coming up with luxury projects in the city. Newer projects at reasonable costs have attracted many buyers. The concept of service apartments is in-vogue in Hyderabad.
