The average price of an apartment varies between Rs 2,500-3,500 per sq ft while a plot is available for Rs 25,000 per sq m (approx. Rs.2300 per sq ft) onwards.The demarcation of the locale into more than 50 sectors has already been done by City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO). The construction of projects has already started in sectors 15 and 47 that offer 2 and 3BHK units in the price range of Rs 3,200-4,000 per sq ft. Also in the sector 53, 54, 55 and 56, where there is a lack of infrastructure, prices are much lower at Rs 2,600-2,800 per sq ft.Dronagiri is situated at the end of upcoming Mumbai Trans Harbour Link Project that will be connecting Sewri in Mumbai to Nhava Sheva in Navi Mumbai. After the completion of the link, travel time between Mumbai and Navi Mumbai will be reduced. Hence increment in the status of real estate in Dronagiri is expected in coming years.
